Job Requirement:

• Should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Loan Operations/ Cards, Commercial Servicing & Payments Processing
• Receive and review loan documentation for borrowers, guarantors, and related parties for completeness.
• Quality control of loans in Encompass and boarding of loans to IBS
• Ensure proper follow-up and filing of original loan documents (Note, recorded Mortgage, Title Policy and Assignments) within the prescribed timeframes to complete the Collateral files.
• Good communication & Analytical Skills.
• Mode of salary credit should be through bank from all the employers (No cash in hand)
