Job Description:

1. Review and analyze order confirmation details to perform updates or escalate purchase order confirmation issues.
2. Identify item master changes and conduction updates within the business systems including price, description and Unit of measure
3. Maintain and review recalls sent to the network.
4. Review and analyze the surgical cases for missing information to establish clean data for posting of surgical cases.
5. Review, analyze, and follow up on orders within Qsight
6. Complete and process reporting details to support team
7. Administration of the meperia platforms including adding users and adding/updating costcenters

Job Specifications:

·         Should have 3 to 6 Years of experience in SCM, Purchase Order Creation and Procurement

·         Any Bachelor Degree

·         Ability in analytical and logical reasoning

·         Agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements

·         Excellent written & Verbal communication skills.

·         Oracle, Qsight, Meperia, EPIC, Novus & Coupa Application knowledge

·         Exposure to US Clients would be an added advantage
