Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Specialist - CHD with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite SAP IDOC and EDI/IDOC mapping for OTC. Additionally experience in Vendor Management - Retail and Item Management is required. This is a hybrid work model with night shifts. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and maintenance of SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite to ensure seamless data exchange.Oversee the mapping and integration of EDI/IDOC for OTC processes to optimize order-to-cash workflows.Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP IDOC to ensure data integrity and smooth operations.Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to manage retail vendor relationships effectively.Monitor and manage item data to ensure accuracy and availability across systems.Develop and maintain documentation for EDI/IDOC processes and integrations.Conduct regular audits and reviews of data exchange processes to identify and resolve issues.Implement best practices for vendor management and item management to enhance efficiency.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of processes.Provide training and support to team members on EDI/IDOC and related systems.Analyze and report on process performance to identify areas for improvement.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data exchange activities.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in EDI/IDOC and vendor management.
Qualifications
Must have experience with SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite.Must have expertise in SAP IDOC and EDI/IDOC mapping for OTC.Must have experience in Vendor ManagementRetail and Item Management.Must be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).Nice to have experience in hybrid work models.Nice to have experience in night shifts.
