Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our B&L team with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments. This role involves optimizing processes ensuring efficiency and contributing to the companys overall success.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel to streamline operations and improve data management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Conduct regular process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in process management to drive operational excellence.
  • Monitor process performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on process improvement techniques.
  • Support the integration of new technologies to enhance process efficiency.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into process improvement plans.
  • Drive initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have experience in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
