Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our B&L team with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments. This role involves optimizing processes ensuring efficiency and contributing to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel to streamline operations and improve data management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Develop and maintain process documentation to support continuous improvement efforts.Conduct regular process reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.Implement best practices in process management to drive operational excellence.Monitor process performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.Facilitate training sessions to upskill team members on process improvement techniques.Support the integration of new technologies to enhance process efficiency.Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into process improvement plans.Drive initiatives that align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.Have experience in Asset & Wealth Management Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments.Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.Display a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
