Summary
Technical Solutions Workflow for Google is an implementation process helping advertisers to A. Get more calls to their business, B. Increase visits to their store, C. Drive people to their website. The team located in Krakow will help the customer implement tags and track conversions. It is an inbound call process with 100+ agents supporting customers throughout Europe.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Any graduate with any discipline.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Excellent knowledge of Google products: Google Ads, Analytics, Shopping, Digital Marketing.
4. Ability to troubleshoot any complex case with the advertiser.
5. Programming Languages: CSS, JavaScript, HTML, SQL
6. Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience.
7. Good Understanding of Workflow Processes for S&T
8. Ability to conduct training sessions
9. Ability to learn new technologies to develop skills if needed
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Required interaction with customers (internal / external) to meet process deliverables
2. Creating medium/complex design concepts for presentations/print/web/Rich media for the client/customer
3. Provide (external / internal) trainings & calibration meetings with market teams
4. Provide information, educate customers, troubleshoot, probe and fix issues
5. Follow up on Waiting/Open issues, feedback and coaching
6. Contribute to and participate proactively in knowledge sharing sessions
7. Conduct refresher training
8. Collate team performance data for reporting purposes as and when requested by Process and Team Lead
9. Provide coaching and feedback for improvement
10. Review escalation to provide technical feedback.
