Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist - HC with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Facets - Workflow SSIS Database and ANSI SQL along with domain experience in Provider and Payer. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to work on day shifts with no travel required. The candidate will contribute to optimizing processes and enhancing the efficiency of our healthcare operations.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize healthcare processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain workflows using Facets to streamline operations.
  • Utilize SSIS Database for data integration and transformation tasks.
  • Write and execute ANSI SQL queries to manage and manipulate data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Facets and SSIS Database.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of workflows and processes.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide solutions.

  • Possess strong technical skills in Facets
  • Workflow SSIS Database and ANSI SQL.
  • Have domain expertise in Provider and Payer within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Show proficiency in data integration and transformation using SSIS.
  • Have experience in writing and executing complex SQL queries.
