Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Specialist - HC with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Excel Services on SharePoint and MS Excel along with domain experience in Provider Add/Update and Provider Data Cleansing. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in our healthcare processes.
Responsibilities
Lead the process of adding and updating provider information to ensure data accuracy and completeness.Oversee the cleansing of provider data to maintain high-quality and reliable information.Provide expertise in Excel Services on SharePoint to streamline data management processes.Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and manipulate data effectively.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all data management activities.Develop and implement best practices for provider data management.Monitor and report on data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement.Train and support team members in data management tools and techniques.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their data needs.Maintain documentation of data management processes and procedures.Adapt to rotational shifts to ensure consistent data management support.Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring accurate provider data which impacts patient care and operational efficiency.Demonstrate a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality in all tasks.
