Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our B&L team with 4 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Pre-Underwriting and Underwriting. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. No travel is required.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.Oversee data management and analysis using advanced MS Excel techniques.Provide support in the Pre-Underwriting and Underwriting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timelines and meet quality standards.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that arise during the process.Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.Support the implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.Have experience in Pre-Underwriting and Underwriting processes which is a plus.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.Show proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking.Exhibit strong organizational and time management abilities.Display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Certifications Required
Certification in Advanced MS Excel or Data Analysis is preferred.
