Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 7 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and ensuring efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the implementation of process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure continuous improvement.Train and mentor team members on process optimization techniques and tools.Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive process enhancements.Ensure that all process changes are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.Support the development of process-related metrics and KPIs to measure success.Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Should have experience in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive process enhancements.Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Should have a proven track record of implementing process improvements.Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Should have experience in developing and maintaining process documentation.Must be proactive in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.Should have the ability to train and mentor team members.Must be able to develop and monitor process-related metrics and KPIs.Should have experience in project planning and execution.
Certifications Required
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification in process improvement.
