Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 7 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our processes and ensuring efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the implementation of process improvements and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance on the use of MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Monitor process performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular process reviews and audits to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Train and mentor team members on process optimization techniques and tools.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive process enhancements.
  • Ensure that all process changes are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the development of process-related metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Should have experience in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments to drive process enhancements.
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have experience in developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Must be proactive in identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
  • Should have the ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Must be able to develop and monitor process-related metrics and KPIs.
  • Should have experience in project planning and execution.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification in process improvement.
