Job Summary

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in R2R with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and Fixed Assets. A background in Record to Report Accounting and Finance & Accounting is highly desirable. This hybrid role offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financials to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Provide expertise in Fixed Assets management to optimize asset utilization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Record to Report processes and enhance financial accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Oracle Fusion Financials and Fixed Assets.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures for financial processes.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the companys strategic goals.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and its application in financial operations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Fixed Assets management and reporting.
  • Have a solid background in Record to Report Accounting and Finance & Accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.

    • Certifications Required

    Oracle Fusion Financials Certification CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
