Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist for our B&L team with 4 to 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The Process Specialist will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency within the team.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create manage and analyze complex data sets for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track process performance.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process-related tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all processes.
  • Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead process improvement projects from initiation to completion ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback on process improvements.
  • Communicate process changes and updates to relevant stakeholders effectively.
  • Support the development and implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Have a background in Consumer Lending Cards and Payments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Display attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Have experience in process documentation and improvement methodologies.
  • Be proficient in conducting process audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Show capability to lead projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exhibit proficiency in training and supporting team members on process-related tools.
  • Have experience in facilitating workshops and meetings.
  • Show ability to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
