Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist-Fin Ops with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S4 Hana Financials and a strong background in Intercompany and FA Accounting Finance and Accounting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring seamless financial operations and contributing to the companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Provide expertise in S4 Hana Financials to streamline financial processes.
  • Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Handle fixed asset accounting and maintain accurate records.
  • Support finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
  • Implement best practices in financial operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Assist in the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Contribute to the record-to-report accounting process to maintain financial integrity.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support to the finance team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations.
  • Demonstrate expertise in S4 Hana Financials.
  • Have strong knowledge of intercompany and FA accounting.
  • Show proficiency in finance and accounting principles.
  • Experience in the month-end closing process is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the record-to-report accounting process is advantageous.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Adapt to a hybrid work model and rotational shifts.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
