Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist-Fin Ops with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S4 Hana Financials and a strong background in Intercompany and FA Accounting Finance and Accounting. This role involves working in a hybrid model with rotational shifts ensuring seamless financial operations and contributing to the companys success.
Responsibilities
Oversee the financial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Provide expertise in S4 Hana Financials to streamline financial processes.Manage intercompany transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.Handle fixed asset accounting and maintain accurate records.Support finance and accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies.Implement best practices in financial operations to enhance efficiency.Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for management review.Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.Assist in the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Contribute to the record-to-report accounting process to maintain financial integrity.Adapt to rotational shifts to provide continuous support to the finance team.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations.Demonstrate expertise in S4 Hana Financials.Have strong knowledge of intercompany and FA accounting.Show proficiency in finance and accounting principles.Experience in the month-end closing process is a plus.Familiarity with the record-to-report accounting process is advantageous.Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Display excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Adapt to a hybrid work model and rotational shifts.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Possess a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial issues.
