Job Summary
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert in P2P with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Direct and Indirect procurement along with strong skills in MS Excel. This hybrid role requires proficiency in Reporting Sourcing and Procurement. The candidate must be fluent in English and be comfortable with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
Lead the P2P process by managing both direct and indirect procurement activities.Oversee the entire procurement cycle ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.Provide expert guidance on procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.Utilize MS Excel to analyze procurement data and generate insightful reports.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with organizational goals.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality and reliable supply chains.Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to inform sourcing decisions.Implement best practices in procurement to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies to meet business needs.Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external suppliers.Provide training and support to team members on procurement processes and tools.Contribute to the overall success of the company by ensuring efficient and effective procurement operations.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in direct and indirect procurement.Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.Exhibit strong domain skills in reporting sourcing and procurement.Show fluency in English with excellent reading writing and speaking abilities.Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Have the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.Show a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
