Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Specialist-Ops with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in TLM - Cash Reconciliations T24 - Nostro Reconciliation - R20 and domain skills in Invstgns/Recon-Nostro/Depot Brokerage Fees Reconciliation and Client Life Cycle Management. This is a work-from-home position with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations related to Agent Bank Fees & Nostro reconciliationsCash Reconciliations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Nostro ReconciliationAgent Bank Fees Payment processes to maintain financial integrity.Conduct thorough investigations and reconciliations for Nostro and Depot accounts.Handle agent bank fees reconciliation to ensure compliance with financial regulations.Facilitate client life cycle management to enhance client satisfaction and retention.Provide timely and accurate reports on reconciliation activities to stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reconciliation processes.Implement best practices for reconciliation and client life cycle management.Monitor and resolve discrepancies in cash and nostro reconciliations.Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Utilize technical skills to automate and improve reconciliation workflows.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in TLMCash Reconciliations and T24Nostro ReconciliationDemonstrate expertise in investigations and reconciliations for Nostro and Depot accounts.Have experience in brokerage fees reconciliation and client life cycle management.Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Show proficiency in using reconciliation software and tools.Display strong communication and collaboration skills.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Certifications Required
Certified Reconciliation and Investigation Professional (CRIP) or equivalent certification.
