Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Specialist for our B&L team with 7 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations related to process management within the B&L teamUtilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze data and generate reportsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process executionIdentify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutionsMonitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are metProvide support and guidance to team members on process-related tasksDevelop and maintain process documentation and standard operating proceduresConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standardsAssist in the development and implementation of new processes and systemsCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on process goalsParticipate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practicesSupport the team in achieving overall business objectives and goalsContribute to the companys purpose by ensuring efficient and effective process management
Qualifications
