The company is known for its deep domain expertise in process engineering and a strong focus on innovation, quality, and practical solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate process simulations using tools such as Aspen Plus, Aspen HYSYS, Aspen EDR, Aspen Adsorption, and HTRI.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to simulation models and process performance.
• Conduct adequacy checks and support process optimization for existing plant operations.
• Apply advanced knowledge of separation technologies including distillation, extraction, evaporation, chemical reactions, adsorption, pervaporation, etc.
• Perform detailed Heat and Mass Balance (HMB) calculations and hydraulic analysis across various process systems.
• Execute equipment sizing for unit operations such as distillation columns, heat exchangers, evaporators, separators, and pumps.
• Collaborate with the engineering and proposal teams to provide accurate and timely technical inputs.
• Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in AspenTech simulation software and HTRI.
• Strong grasp of chemical/process engineering fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
