Role Overview

As a Senior Manager / Consultant Process Safety Management, you will lead and deliver high-impact process safety and risk assessment projects across oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, and process industries. You will work closely with clients, multidisciplinary teams, and stakeholders to ensure compliance with international standards while driving technical excellence and safety innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRA
• Perform SIL assessments and verifications in accordance with IEC 61511
• Execute consequence and risk modeling using DNV PHAST and SAFETI
• Manage Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) using LOPA and Bow Tie methodologies
• Conduct Process Design Assurance and independent verification activities
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders
• Support project execution, business development, and team capability building
• Engage directly with clients, ensuring technical credibility and trusted advisory delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• 1520 years of experience in Process Safety Management
• Strong expertise in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) methodologies
• Hands-on experience facilitating HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRA studies
• Proven experience in SIL assessment and Safety Critical Element (SCE) management
• Proficiency in DNV PHAST, SAFETI, and exSILentia
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and client interaction skills
