About the Role

Join our Process Intelligence team to help clients uncover value through Celonis, Signavio, analytics, and AI-driven insights. Youll explore data, design solutions, and make complex operations simpler, smarter, and future-ready.

Location: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune

Must-Haves

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with Celonis / Signavio or similar tools
• Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL concepts, and transformation scripting
• Experience building event logs, structuring source data, and defining KPIs
• Ability to design impactful dashboards, analyses, and solution architectures
• Proficiency in SQL, with exposure to PQL / Python for logic and configuration
• Certifications in Celonis or Signavio

Functional Skills

• Experience exploring ERP/operational processes to uncover inefficiencies and value opportunities
• Ability to translate analytical findings into clear business insights
• Strong communication and consulting presence in client-facing settings
• Experience conducting workshops, demos, and process walkthroughs

Good-to-Haves

• Exposure to AI/ML use cases, predictive models, or automation triggers
• Python for automation, scripting, or ML prototyping
• Familiarity with Annotation Builder or similar AI-enhanced features
• Understanding of OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, MS Dynamics
