Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and optimize business processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather process requirements and feedback.
  • Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to team members on process mapping tools and techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management.
  • Communicate process changes and updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Experience and Background:

  • 5-7 years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in mapping and optimizing business processes.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to identify and document process improvements.
  • Strong background in using process mapping tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in process management.
