Process Manager – Risk Management (ITGRC)

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (ITGRC) team.

Key Responsibilities

> Strengthen IT Risk Management Framework

Drive maturity of risk management and assurance processes across IT.

>Evaluate IT Controls

Review and assess the adequacy and effectiveness of technology controls.

> Maintain the Risk Control Matrix (RCM)

Ensure continuous updates, accuracy, and alignment with evolving risks.

>Monitor IT Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)

Prepare, review and track KRIs for critical IT processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

> Graduate in Science (mandatory)

> Preferred: B.E./B.Sc (IT/CS), BCA, MCA

• Certifications (Mandatory):

> CISSP / CCSP

> CISA / CRISC

• Preferred Knowledge:

> IT Act, DPDP

> Regulatory guidelines (RBI, SEBI, IRDBT)

Experience Required

• 34 yrs in Infra/Network/Security Management or Application Development
• 23 yrs in IT Auditing
• Exposure to Information Security
• Familiarity with COBIT, ISO, PCI DSS, NIST frameworks
