Role Overview

We are hiring a Process Manager Invoice to Pay to lead Accounts Payable operations and strengthen financial integrity across Finance and Supply Chain. The role includes managing reconciliations, driving process excellence, resolving escalations, and leading a team of highperforming finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Finance Operations

• Lead daytoday AP operations, including invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Perform major reconciliations including:
• AP reconciliation
• AR (basic understanding)
• Invoice receipts
• GR/IR reconciliation
• General Ledger (GL)
• Bank reconciliation
• Ensure accurate financial documentation and monthend closing support.
• Handle vendor escalations and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies.

Process, Compliance & Improvements

• Maintain and update SOPs ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit standards.
• Drive automation efforts and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Finance, SCM, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leadership & Team Management

• Manage and guide a team of 617 members.
• Monitor performance, allocate work, and conduct evaluations.
• Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 10+ years of experience in AP/Finance Operations.
• Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice management, GR/IR, GL & bank reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of AR processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of CLM and financial compliance standards.

Education:

• B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
