Position Title-Process Leader

Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage the global sales commission payout process with accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure proper commission cost booking in line with accounting policies and internal controls.
Review signed customer contracts (new contracts, amendments, change requests, emails) from a sales and revenue recognition perspective
Maintain and update real-time contract commercial data in the system
Prepare and publish sales-related MIS reports for management
Ensure sales booking is performed correctly as per internal practices, policies, and approval workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data or booking discrepancies.
Assist in sales, revenue budget, forecast & variance analysis
Contribute to project-related activities, including process transitions, and operational improvements.
Support internal and statutory audit activities by providing required data, documentation, and explanations
Qualifications : B.com (H) + MBA (Finance) /CMA/ CA
Key Competencies
Knowledge of ERP & Salesforce CRM system & strong in MS Office
