Process Lead - FA&R

• Commerce Graduate/ MBA or equivalent degree in finance or accounting.
• 6+ years of relevant working experience in invoicing or similar roles in multinational organisation. Exposure to Indian accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency in working with SAP and MS Applications
• Have operational knowledge of ‘incoterms’ and its applicability.
• Team player with the ability to work as an individual contributor as well as partnered with colleagues across functions, culture and from all levels within the Group.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build robust relations with various stakeholders.
• Be meticulous, structured, detail oriented and have a flexible approach.
• Demonstrate initiative and a constant process improvement mindset.

Financial Accounting & Controlling

• Report actual results each period end in line with timescales recorded in our service level agreement for review by sector management – prepare and post month close journals, perform depreciation runs & FX revaluations, close periods in ledger and complete all reporting activities.
• Process and reconcile transactions in the General Ledger ensuring full audit trail documented and all controls are performed in line with local requirements.
• Prepare & post journals for cost provisions, accruals, warranty, salary, bonus etc.
• Preparation of Balance sheet & intercompany reconciliations as per Group policies.
• Maintenance of all the fixed asset records as per group policy- Additions, Removals, Impairment, Depreciation etc.
• Support internal & external audit with all the requirements needed for successful completion of audit.
