Process Improvement Specialist

Brief Role Description - Six Sigma black belt :

1) Identify and execute process improvement methodologies ( Lean, Six Sigma, Gemba, etc.. ) from start to finish based on business requirement.

2) Train and coach operations and quality team members on process improvement methodologies using six sigma.

3) Data analysis and communicate findings on projects progress to stake holders.

4) Develop and monitor KPI's to track project success and on going performance of existing process.

5) Drive change working with leadership towards adoption of a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with 5 to 10 Years experience in Manufacturing Process improvement. Six Sigma black belt
