Job Description
Job Title
The objective is to improve both the Outpayce implementer’s and the customer’s experience regarding existing Product features & implementation processes.
1/on the short term by:
• Performing analysis on the as-is (process mapping),
• Collecting feedback from the payment implementation team to understand their problematics,
• Proposing and putting in place short term solutions to support them to fill existing gaps (functional knowledge, unclear or non-working processes, tooling usage, dependencies on other teams inside or outside Outpayce)
• Monitoring the impact on the implementer and the customer satisfaction
2/on the mid-term by
• Identifying areas of automation/industrialization to optimize implementation; i.e. reduce implementations tasks, effort, timelines and dependencies on other teams
• Proposing solutions for those areas and execute by leveraging on Outpayce actors (Product Management, R&D, Commercial organizations) and non Outpayce actors (Altea, Travel Distribution and Hospitality implementation teams)
• Assessing and monitoring the impact on the implementation process and the customer satisfaction
On new product/feature developed by Product Manager and R&D to be handed over to implementation,
• Be involved during the product design to ensure implementation requirements are considered to reach an adequate industrialization/automation level
• Ensure that the handover to Implementation teams (theorical and customer piloting) is done with adequate quality to ensure qualitative implementation in the future for the implementer and the customer
This role requires:
• Knowledge of Implementation processes and constraints
• Functional and technical understanding of payment products
• Understanding and anticipating customer needs
• Good communication skills to interact and collaborate with various Outpayce/non Outpayce actors
• Driving capabilities to lead some cross-functional cross-departmental forums for process enhancements/governance
• Process oriented and continuous improvement mindset. Good analytical thinking.
• Ability to work autonomously
• Experience with Maestro automation is a big plus
