Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Excellence / Process Improvement Lead

Purpose of the Role

The role is to build a data-driven work culture in operations by using quality tools and improvement methods. The person will work on improving processes, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving business efficiency through Lean Six Sigma and transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct workshops and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Create and drive continuous improvement plans for business teams.
  • Lead Process Improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma methods.
  • Support implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) such as ISO / CMMI.
  • Drive automation and innovation projects to improve productivity.
  • Build team capabilities in Quality, Six Sigma, and Digital Transformation.
  • Identify process risks early and ensure they are resolved proactively.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement Delivery Excellence initiatives.

Experience Required

  • 10+ years of overall work experience in Process Improvement / Transformation roles.
  • Must have experience in the service industry.
  • Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma and automation initiatives.
  • Exposure to Data Analytics / AI / Machine Learning is an added advantage.


Certifications (Mandatory)

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Must Have

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Green Belt
  • QMS / ISO
  • PMP / Agile
  • Master Black Belt


Domain Experience (Must Have)

Minimum 4+ years of experience in transformation projects in:

  • FAO (Finance & Accounting)
  • SCM (Supply Chain)
  • HRO (HR Operations)


Educational Qualification

Any of the following:

  • MBA (Finance) / M.Com
  • CA / ICWA
  • Engineering Graduate

(With relevant transformation / process improvement experience)


Shift & Travel

  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts
  • Open to travel as per business requirement
