Domain related:

• Relevant experience with P&C Personal Lines Insurance, Policy Servicing / Administration and UW Support

• Experience of handling insurance related payments out/servicing task

• Knowledge of the insurance principles and applied experience

• Adapt in comprehending queries and ability to accurately communicate information related to the product through email/ chat

• Adapt in calculations to accurately process/ compute insurance payouts

• Ability to comprehend scenarios related to the query

Abilities

• Ability to adapt in pressure situations and multitask whenever required

• Approach feedback with an objective to improve and learn

• Eye for details and constructive approach to resolve any issues related

• Ability to identify improvements in the process

• Ability to contribute in process improvement engagements

• Quality focused approach in dealing with tasks assigned

• Efficient handling of work and focused on delivering outcomes in a time bound process

Soft Skills

• Effective communication skills – Written and Oral

• Ability to communicate accurate information to the customers

• Focus on customer service with an end objective to resolve issues

• Empathy focused approach in dealing with customers

Computer related sills

• Should have a working knowledge of computer basics (Word, Excel and PPT)

• 30 wpm + typing speed
