You will be responsible for:

• Invoice Processing
  • Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and on time.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts.
• Payments & Reconciliation
  • Prepare and execute vendor payments (cheques, online transfers, etc.).
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor Management
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with payment terms.
  • Handle vendor queries and build strong supplier relationships.
• Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Assist in month-end closing and generate AP reports.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar).
• Proficiency in MS Excel
