Process Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned customers and budget base, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Pursue and secure new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned portfolio.
• Proactively engage with customers to probe needs and provide customized solutions.
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of target customers and assigned accounts.
• Communicate key market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes to relevant accounts.
• Research the territory to identify potential business opportunities and establish new client relationships.
• Analyze industry and competitive trends to support sales strategy and positioning.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in customer relationship management tools, maintaining high-quality data standards.

Position Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or customer account management, preferably within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical approach to understanding market trends and customer behavior.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and reporting platforms.
• Self-driven, with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and achieving targets.
