Role & Responsibilities

• Be a part of large global team responsible for container tracking & Cargo operations
• Handle complex queries from stakeholders through applying internal processes & procedures
• Troubleshoot exceptional queries by working with internal departments to bring resolution in favor of the customer
• Ensure no fines or penalties are imposed & prevent claims
• Perform RCA analysis of discrepancies & failures in the operations
• Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of process & eliminate waste

​What we are looking for

• Graduate with good communication (oral & written), analytical skill & customer service mindset
• Proficiency with MS office package - excel, word, outlook
• 1-3 yrs experience in an MNC with documentation/order or transaction processing/query handling
• Prior experience in shipping/SCM/logistics & salesforce application is added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, team player mindset and ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to resolve the query.
• Candidate must be flexible with rotational night (Latin America shift) & weekend coverages;
• Is an Individual Contributor role & reports directly into the Team Leader

Location: Chennai

Flex work (50% at Office and 50% WFH every week) and NO permanent WFH
