Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably some domain experience in Payments Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift and does not involve travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the B&L team to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions.Monitor and track key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.Provide support in the preparation of documentation and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and provide updates.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance productivity.Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.Support the team in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.Contribute to the overall success of the team by providing valuable input and feedback.
Qualifications
