Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in customer management and complaint management. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient process execution and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily operational tasks using MS Excel to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.Oversee customer management processes ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly.Provide support in complaint management addressing and resolving customer issues effectively.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall workflow.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks performed.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in process execution.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.Support the team in achieving overall business objectives and targets.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports for management review.Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs.
Qualifications
Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently.Nice to have experience in customer management ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Nice to have experience in complaint management effectively resolving customer issues.Must be able to work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts.Must possess excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
