Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our day-to-day operations and help achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities
Manage and process daily transactions and operations within the B&L team.Ensure accuracy and efficiency in handling data using MS Excel.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress.Provide support in the preparation of reports and presentations.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to process execution.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Contribute to team meetings and provide valuable insights.Support the training and onboarding of new team members.Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel.Should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience.Nice to have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.Must be detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills.Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.Should be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
