Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage day-to-day operations and contribute to the companys success. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure all processes are executed efficiently.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights.Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve productivity.Monitor and maintain data accuracy and integrity within the system.Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.Assist in the preparation of documentation and training materials for new processes.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.Support the team in achieving key performance indicators and targets.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance process efficiency.Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.Have experience in the domain of Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Display attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Certifications Required
MS Excel Certification Consumer Lending Certification (preferred)
