Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Executive for our B&L team with 7 to 9 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of process tasks with high efficiency and accuracy.Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies.Provide expert-level support in MS Excel to analyze and interpret data.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve productivity.Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks and projects.Monitor process performance and implement improvements as needed.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.Utilize domain knowledge in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments to enhance process outcomes.Support the training and development of junior team members.Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving performance targets.
