Job Summary
Individuals in this role are responsible for first level processing of loans/ orders/requests and claims across the loan servicing life cycle
The associate is expected to process items accurately and optimally in accordance with laid down procedures and maintain requisite standards of quality and productivity.
Knowledge on Loan Servicing and components Escrow and Non-Escrow loans.
Familiar with key topics like new loan set up flood determination Mortgage Insurance & tax Investor rep
Responsibilities
Processing loans/orders/requests or claims as assigned by Team Lead
Achieve Individual SLA targets for metrics like Accuracy Productivity Volumes and TAT.
Adherence to the procedures provided by the business also called SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
Completion of all mandatory assessment/ certifications as applicable to the supported business
Achieve the required Learning Health Score
Liaise with internal & external clients
Seek for approvals from internal stake holders wherever required
