Job Summary

As a Process Executive - HC you will be responsible for handling claims adjudication processes utilizing MS Office and UiPath tools. You will work in a hybrid model with night shifts ensuring efficient and accurate processing of provider and payer claims. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.


Responsibilities

  • Handle claims adjudication processes with precision and accuracy.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to manage and document claims information.
  • Employ UiPath automation tools to streamline claims processing.
  • Ensure compliance with provider and payer guidelines during claims adjudication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex claims issues.
  • Provide timely and accurate updates on claims status to stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues in claims processing.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure all claims are processed within the specified turnaround time.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of claims data.
  • Support team members in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
