Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UiPath and Claims Adjudication as well as domain expertise in Payer and Provider. This is a hybrid role with night shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the automation of processes using UiPath to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Handle claims adjudication tasks accurately and efficiently to ensure timely processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to analyze and resolve issues related to payer and provider domains.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of automated processes to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with new technologies and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to maintain a clear and comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess experience in UiPath and Claims Adjudication.
  • Have domain expertise in Payer and Provider.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Show a keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Display a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
