Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical skills in MS Excel and domain experience in Provider and Payer. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. Proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak) is required.
Responsibilities
Perform data entry and analysis using MS Excel to support healthcare processes.Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in all tasks.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Handle provider and payer-related tasks with precision and attention to detail.Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English.Adhere to company policies and procedures in all activities.Provide support for various healthcare projects as needed.Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met.Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and best practices.Resolve issues and escalate problems to the appropriate channels when necessary.Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving individual and team goals.
Qualifications

Certifications Required
