Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr. Online Analyst - CM with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a rotational shift model from our office. Proficiency in English is essential for this position.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze online data to identify trends and insights that can drive business decisions.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create detailed reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of online campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validations.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting data-related issues and providing timely resolutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve online presence and performance.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
  • Maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies for future reference.
  • Work in a rotational shift model to provide continuous support and coverage.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have domain experience in ISV and Hi-Tech industries.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Display effective communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Be adaptable to rotational shifts and work from the office.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Show capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to data integrity and quality.
  • Possess basic knowledge of online marketing and campaign analysis.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
