Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional financial services.


Responsibilities

  • Perform data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to support business operations.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data by conducting regular audits and validations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions.
  • Maintain and update process documentation to reflect current procedures and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the Consumer Lending Cards & Payments teams with data-driven insights and analysis.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and new tools or processes.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process enhancements and business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all tasks.
  • Utilize MS Excel to create complex formulas pivot tables and charts for data visualization.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis techniques.
  • Have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Exhibit good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferably have domain experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments.
