Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 1 year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in UiPath Claims Adjudication and a strong understanding of Provider and Payer domains. This hybrid role requires night shifts and offers an opportunity to contribute to our companys success by ensuring efficient claims processing and automation.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee the claims adjudication process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Utilize UiPath to automate repetitive tasks and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
  • Provide support in the Provider and Payer domains to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in claims adjudication.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and training materials.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims to meet service level agreements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements and best practices.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

  • Possess experience in UiPath to automate and streamline processes.
  • Have a strong understanding of claims adjudication processes and best practices.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Provider and Payer domains to support seamless operations.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
  • Show ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to night shifts.
  • Display strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
  • Have a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in claims processing.
