Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Process Executive - HC to join our team. This role requires a minimum of 0 to 1 year of experience in handling healthcare products billing and commercial insurance enrollment. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with night shifts. This position does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Handle healthcare product-related tasks with precision and accuracy.
  • Process billing and commercial insurance enrollment efficiently.
  • Ensure all data entries are accurate and comply with company standards.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies in billing and insurance enrollment.
  • Provide support to the team in managing healthcare product information.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare products and industry standards.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within the designated timelines.
  • Monitor and report any issues related to billing and insurance enrollment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize technical skills to improve process efficiency.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving set targets.

  • Possess experience in handling healthcare products.
