Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated BPO Process Trainer for our Operations team with a focus on Finance - Procure to Pay. The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience and will work from our office in a rotational shift model. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and a passion for training and development within the BPO sector.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on FinanceProcure to Pay processes.Develop and update training materials to ensure they reflect current practices and policies.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to enhance their understanding and performance.Collaborate with the operations team to identify training needs and gaps.Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during training sessions.Utilize various training methods including classroom instruction e-learning and hands-on activities.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in BPO training and FinanceProcure to Pay processes.Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.Assist in the development of career progression plans for employees within the BPO operations.Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure consistency in training delivery.Provide regular reports to management on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
