Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to the teams success.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all operational activities.Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on project status.Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve overall team performance.Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to streamline operations.Provide training and support to new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on project planning and execution.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.Support the team in achieving its goals and objectives by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality work that positively impacts our clients and society.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and report generation.Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.Show attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.Display a commitment to maintaining high standards of work and contributing to the teams success.
