Job Summary
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage day-to-day operations efficiently and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities
Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assignments.Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Provide support for Consumer Lending Cards & Payments processes as needed.Maintain accurate records and documentation for all tasks and projects.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.Identify areas for process improvement and suggest actionable recommendations.Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and systems.Monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.Troubleshoot issues and resolve them promptly to minimize disruptions.Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance job performance.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.Have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments which is highly desirable.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Display attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.Have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.Be adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks.Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Demonstrate knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.Possess strong organizational and time management skills.Have experience in a hybrid work model and ability to manage remote tasks effectively.Show dedication to contributing to the companys goals and positive impact on society.
Certifications Required
Certification in MS Excel or related data analysis tools is required. Certification in Consumer Lending or Cards & Payments is a plus.
