What Youll Own

End-to-end governance of billing, invoicing, stock reporting & MIS

Standardization of SOPs across warehouse backend operations

Revenue reconciliation & commercial control

Audit readiness & documentation discipline

Continuous improvement initiatives (RCA, automation, process optimization)

Stakeholder alignment between Warehouses, Finance & Clients

Financial reporting accuracy & internal control adherence

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

15+ years of experience in 3PL / Warehouse backend / Commercial operations

Strong expertise in billing, invoicing & revenue reconciliation

Deep understanding of warehouse MIS & stock reporting

Proven ability to prevent revenue leakage & ensure SLA compliance

Strong accounting & financial control knowledge

Experience in process governance, SOP implementation & audit readiness

Hands-on exposure to RCA & continuous process improvement

Strong leadership & team management capability

Stakeholder management across operations, finance & clients
