Process Excellence Lead-Agri Business Group (ABG)-Product Manager

CASA & Cross Sell is one of the important balance sheet and P&L item for Agri Finance Group. Group’s focus is to synergies the existing relationship, deepen & explore CASA opportunities thereby improving profitability and stickiness per client 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for overall CASA Book & Asset Cross Sell of Agri Customer 
• Ideate strategy for incremental CASA business including formulating contests and team engagements
• Appraising management on the existing book and ways to improve CASA and Asset Cross Sell 
• Preparing review presentation and various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision by Management 
• Taking feedback and ironing out the serving issue, if any with respect to CASA and Asset Cross Sell 
• Mapping Eco-system with portfolio clients to increase wallet share 

Job Requirements 

• Postgraduate MBA/CA
• 5 to 6 Years of experience in related field or prior experience managing Branch 
• Understanding RBI/Bank Internal guideline related to CASA or Asset Cross Sell polices 
• To be Self-motivated & high on energy with proficient communication skill (oral and written) 
• Should have both liability & asset product knowledge
• Understanding market and customer segment
