Process Excellence Lead

We are hiring for a globally recognized U.S. based service provider that delivers warehousing solutions designed to meet the dynamic needs of todays supply chains.

Job purpose

The Process Excellence (PEx) Lead will drive continuous improvement across business operations by developing standardized process documentation, enabling KPI-based performance management, facilitating CI initiatives, and supporting governance mechanisms to ensure sustained improvement culture and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Process Documentation & Standardization

• Develop and maintain process documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, and work instructions.
• Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and supports process compliance and knowledge retention.
• Establish document control mechanisms and periodic review cycles.

Performance Management & KPI Governance

• Derive relevant KPIs in alignment with business objectives and process outcomes.
• Design and maintain KPI tracking mechanisms and dashboards.
• Monitor performance trends, highlight risks/opportunities, and publish periodic performance reports.

Visual Management & Daily Review Mechanisms (DRM)

• Drive implementation of visual management boards and digital dashboards.
• Facilitate Daily Review Meetings (DRM) to track operational performance, issues, and improvement actions.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through transparent performance visibility.

Continuous Improvement Enablement

• Deliver training sessions on Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and improvement events to identify waste and enhance process efficiency.
• Support identification, assessment, and prioritization of improvement ideas and projects.

Governance & Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate discussions with Improvement Steering Committee for validation and assessment of improvement ideas and projects.
• Report progress of CI projects, benefits realization, and improvement pipeline status.
• Identify roadblocks delaying implementation and drive resolution in collaboration with stakeholders.

Benefits Realization & Reporting

• Support savings quantification, validation, and reporting of CI initiatives.
• Maintain repository of improvement projects, benefits achieved, and best practices.

Culture & Engagement

• Manage rewards and recognition programs for improvement contributions.
• Promote continuous improvement culture across teams through engagement initiatives.

Desired Candidate:

• Avg. 10 years previous experience with continuous improvement deployment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified, at least Green Belt.
• Supply chain management background
• Strong knowledge of Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Expertise in process mapping and documentation tools (Visio)
• Experience in KPI framework design and dashboarding (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Facilitation and training skills.
• Stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability.
• Change management and collaboration skills

Expertise in Process Excellence, CI methodologies, process documentation, KPI design, dashboarding, and visual management to drive data-led improvements. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change leadership skills to deliver sustainable improvement and business value
