About the Role

As a Process Engineer, you will optimize SCGs manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production parameters and maintain process stability.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations.
• Lead efficiency and yield improvement projects.
• Support trials of new raw materials and process technologies.
• Standardize and document operating procedures.
• Contribute to sustainability projects focused on energy and resource reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering (required).
• 03 years of process engineering or manufacturing experience; new graduates are welcome.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical data.
• Familiarity with process modeling or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
